Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and Kryptix ("Kryptix", "we", "us") for the Kryptix desktop software, the website kryptixbrowser.com and the account, licensing and payment services behind them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the software or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" includes it.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the software. Registration requires a valid email address, a password and a one-time verification through Telegram.
• Keep your credentials confidential. Everything done through your account is your responsibility, including activity by anyone you share it with.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, rented, shared or transferred.
• We may ask you to confirm your identity or contact details if we see signs of abuse, and we may refuse or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Licence to use the software

While your subscription or trial is active, Kryptix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Kryptix software on the number of devices your plan allows (one active device per account unless your plan says otherwise). The software is licensed, not sold.

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or rent the software or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to extract the source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
• bypass, disable or interfere with licensing, activation, device limits, integrity checks or any other technical protection in the software or the Service;
• remove or alter any proprietary notice, branding or label;
• use the software to build a competing product or service.

4. Trials, plans and payment

• Free trial. New accounts receive a free trial of limited length (currently 3 days). A trial can be claimed once per person, once per email address, once per Telegram account and once per device. We may change or withdraw the trial at any time.
• Plans. Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed period (currently 30 days per payment) and give access to the features listed for that plan on the website at the time of purchase. Plans do not charge you automatically: when a period ends you can extend it by paying again, and a payment made while a paid plan is still active extends it from its current end date.
• Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and are paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, Cryptomus. The amount of cryptocurrency due is set by the processor at checkout; exchange-rate movements, network fees and underpayments are your responsibility. A plan activates when the payment is confirmed on the relevant network.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply to you; you are responsible for them.
• Refunds. All payments are final except as described in the Refund Policy.
• Changes. We may change prices, plans and features for future periods. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. You are solely responsible for how you use the software, for the accounts and websites you access with it, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any third-party service you use. Kryptix is a tool; what you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.

6. The Service and its limits

• The software needs to contact our licensing service periodically to confirm your subscription. Without that confirmation it will stop working after a grace period.
• We may update the software and the Service at any time, including adding, changing or removing features, and we may require you to install an update to continue using it.
• We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any website, platform or detection system will treat profiles created with Kryptix in any particular way. Third-party services change their rules and their technology constantly and are outside our control.
• Your profiles, cookies, proxies and automation data are stored on your own computer. You are responsible for backing them up.

7. Intellectual property

The software, the website, the Kryptix name and logo and all related content are owned by Kryptix or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from the licence in section 3, nothing in these Terms gives you any right to them. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

8. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to the support address below.
• We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates legal risk for us, if we are required to by law, or if a payment is reversed or found to be fraudulent.
• On termination your licence ends and the software stops working. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryptix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty that the Service will meet your needs, be undetectable by any third party, or operate without interruption or error.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryptix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, accounts or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, however caused. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case these limitations apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Kryptix and the people working for it from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or of a third party's rights.

12. General

• Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Material changes are announced on the website or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
• Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Kryptix is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at the support address and try to resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days.
• Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are in, or are a national of, a country or on a list subject to sanctions that prohibit it.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the whole agreement between you and Kryptix about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
