Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 21 October 2026Part of the Terms of Service

Kryptix is built for people who legitimately need to run many separate browser identities: managing multiple accounts, advertising and e-commerce operations, market research, QA and privacy. This policy describes what you may not do with it. Breaking it can get your account suspended or terminated without a refund.

1. Your responsibility

You decide how to use the software and you are responsible for the consequences. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and to the people and services you interact with, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any website, platform or network you access with Kryptix.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use Kryptix, directly or indirectly, to:

  • commit or facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, payment-card abuse, chargeback fraud or any other financial crime;
  • impersonate a real person or organisation, steal or take over accounts that belong to others, or use credentials, cookies or sessions that you are not authorised to use;
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any computer, network, account or data, or to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of systems you do not own or have permission to test;
  • distribute malware, phishing content, scams or deceptive material;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run automated abuse such as credential stuffing, fake reviews, click fraud, vote manipulation or artificial engagement;
  • harass, threaten, stalk or dox any person, or interfere with another person's use of a service;
  • create, distribute or access content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or any other content that is illegal where you or the content are located;
  • evade sanctions or export controls, or use the Service from a place where its use is prohibited;
  • interfere with the Kryptix Service itself: attacking our servers, abusing the licensing system, sharing accounts, reselling access, or circumventing device, trial or feature limits.

3. Automation

The local API, CDP access and Undetected RPA are provided so that you can automate your own work on accounts you own or are authorised to operate. Automation that targets other people's accounts, floods services with traffic, scrapes personal data in violation of law, or circumvents security measures designed to protect others is prohibited.

4. Proxies and networks

You may only use proxies and networks that you are authorised to use. Using stolen credentials, compromised devices or botnet infrastructure as proxies is prohibited.

5. Enforcement

We do not monitor what you do inside your profiles and we do not see your browsing data. If we receive credible reports or legal notices of abuse, or detect abuse of the Service itself, we may suspend or terminate the account involved, cooperate with authorities where the law requires it, and refuse future service. We decide these cases at our reasonable discretion.

6. Reporting abuse

To report abuse of Kryptix, email [email protected] with the details. We take reports seriously and keep the reporter's identity confidential where we can.
